A pivotal moment for EXE Group occurred on November 25, 2021, with the inception of EXEEduTech Global Pvt Ltd. This venture marked the company's foray into the education and training sector, emphasizing global certified professional programs and a diverse range of training initiatives aimed at enhancing educational institutions. The commitment to education was further solidified with the inauguration of a corporate training center on November 9, 2022, by Hon. Kerala Former Health Minister Ms. Shylaja Teacher. This center serves as a hub for conducting various residential and regular training programs.
Expanding its influence into infrastructure development, EXE Group initiated EXEEduPark LLP on May 21, 2022. This endeavor reflects the company's dedication to supporting the growth of both educational and commercial institutions. In June 2022, the company made strategic acquisitions by securing self-financing colleges in Kuttur and Pilathara, subsequently renaming them as Sunrise College of Advanced Studies.
